The transaction sold for one of the highest prices per square foot for an industrial property in the Atlanta submarket, in addition to setting a cap rate record for a Beacon Roofing Supply location with three years or less on the lease term. Matthews™ completed the sale of 1500 Champa Street, a three-story, 138,000 square foot building in Denver, CO. The property functions as one of the most highly interconnected data centers in the Western United States. The renowned gourmet hot dog, sausage and burger concept announced today that it has signed a franchise agreement with Franchisees Liz and Robert Acosta to open their first Dog Haus Biergarten location in Huntington Beach in spring 2022 in the well-established Bella Terra lifestyle center.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Atlanta Heart Specialists, a cardiology practice located at 4375 Johns Creek Parkway, Suwanee, GA. The facility is positioned in a well-known medical complex adjacent to a major hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital. The transaction closed at $5,968,064 and was handled by Senior Associate Ryan Burke and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno.
