Matthews™ completed the sale of ABB Inc., an office/industrial property located at 23000 Harvard Road, Cleveland, OH. The single-tenant building sold for $34,250,000. The deal was brokered by Executive Vice President, Chad Kurz.

Matthews™ completed the sale-leaseback of a two-unit portfolio, free-standing Bay Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery centers located at 1130 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL and 115 Highland Avenue, Largo, FL. The total transaction closed at $7,500,000. Each property featured a new 15-year absolute NNN lease guaranteed by Bay Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. Associate Pedrum Lavassani, and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno managed the transaction.

Matthews™ completed the sale of a three-property multifamily portfolio in East Dallas. The properties are located at 4810, 4815, and 4823 Gaston Avenue, Dallas, TX. The deal represented one of the largest Class-C multifamily portfolio sales in the Old East Dallas submarket year-to-date. Matthews™ brokered the sale of three Tesla properties in Austin, TX, Orlando, FL, and Raleigh, NC. Matthews™ Executive Vice President, Chad Kurz, completed the sale. Matthews™ represented the buyer in both transactions, closing the Austin location for $14.8M. This Tesla functions as both a Tesla Gallery and service center.

Matthews™  brokered the sale of Manchester Plaza, a shopping center located at 520-536 East Manchester Avenue, Los Angeles, CA. The sale represents the top-three highest price per square foot sale of a retail strip center in Los Angeles year-to-date, closing at $647 per square foot. Senior Associate Joe Nelson handled the transaction.

Matthews ™ completed the sale of 2033 Beachwood Drive, a 26-unit apartment building located in Hollywood, CA. The transaction closed at $8,500,000 and was brokered by Senior Associate Luc Whitlock and Associate Vice President Kyle Mirrafati.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Sohana Apartments, located at 311 W Trinity Lane, Nashville, TN. The property is a 4-Star Complex and features 111,500 square feet. Associate Austin Tomaiko and Senior Associate Austin Graham brokered the transaction.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of A&B Home Outlet, a single-tenant industrial property located at 4747 Nelson Brogdon Boulevard, Buford, GA. The property sold for $6.3M, $900,000 above the list price.
