Matthews™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, expands its presence in the western United States with the addition of the firm’s Denver office. With this new location, the national real estate brokerage will launch robust recruiting efforts to grow the office by 200 percent by 2024.

Matthews™  completed the sale of Piedmont Physicians Pediatrics, located at 1500 Oglethorpe Ave Building 600, Athens, GA. The transaction was brokered by Associate Ryan Burke and Vice President and Senior Directors Michael Moreno and Rahul Chhajed.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of a Rite Aid, located at 4241 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento, CA for $10,125,000. The deal represented the highest price point Rite Aid trade in California year-to-date. The transaction was handled by Associate Courtney Haubach, Market Leader Bill Pedersen, and Executive Vice President Chad Kurz.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Mr. Bee’s Car Wash, located at 159 Wallior Street, Opelousas, LA. The retail property sold for $5.75M, closing $100,000 above the final list price. The transaction was brokered by Associate Beryl Grant and Senior Associate Clay Smith.

Matthews™ reported 21 percent increase for total sales volume in Q3 2021. The national real estate firm is continuing its strategic expansion by opening its Denver and Chicago offices. Matthews™ now has a total of over 400 agents and employees, across 13 offices nationwide.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of a Caliber Car Wash, located at 7032 Market Street Wilmington, NC, for $5,108,140. The transaction was completed by Associate Chris Sands and Associate Vice President and Director Chuck Evans.

Matthews™ represented the tenant in the lease of approximately 2,029 square feet to a national ramen restaurant chain, Silverlake Ramen. The transaction was brokered by Senior Associate Aditya Ramnath and Senior Vice President and National Director Michael Pakravan.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of a Walgreens, located at 108 West California Avenue, Ruston, LA. The transaction was completed by Associate Grant Korn and Market Leader Maxx Bauman. Property sold for higher profit after relisting with Matthews’ agents.
