Matthews ™ brokered the sale of Whitehall Plaza, located at 3175-3483 West 3rd Street, Bloomington, IN, for $24.1M. The transaction represents the largest multi-tenant retail sale year-to-date in Indiana, according to CoStar. Associate Vice President Zack Bates and Executive Vice President and National Director Ben Snyder completed the sale.

Matthews™ completed the sale of an apartment building, located at 1900 Stanton Delowe Road in Atlanta, GA for $13.63M. The sale was brokered by Senior Associate Austin Graham and Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington.

Matthews™ completed the sale of industrial properties of 2140 Davie Avenue and 5830 Triangle Drive, located in Commerce, CA for $17,500,000. The transaction was completed by Associate Brendan Phinny and Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

Matthews ™ has secured a new location for Spruzzo Restaurant & Bar at 538 Palisades Drive, Pacific Palisades, CA. The space consists of 2,800 square feet and will open to the public at the end of October. Michael Pakravan represented the tenant.

The Penn State Smeal College of Business has named Matthew Wallace as the newest member of the college’s Institute for Real Estate Studies Advisory Board Executive Committee.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of Eastwood Village East, a shopping center located just south of the Century Plaza Mall site in Birmingham, AL. The shopping center is anchored by the country’s largest retailer store, a Walmart Supercenter, and sold within 98 percent of the list price.
