The net-lease transaction was brokered by Matthews™ Net Lease Retail Associate Grant Korn and Market Leader Maxx Bauman.

The seller, a Matthews™ private client, was looking to complete a 1031 Exchange for an asset with a long-term lease.

Senior Vice President and Senior Director Daniel Withers and Senior Associate John Boyett worked in tandem to facilitate the sale of the 33-unit apartment building in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. The three-story property was built in 1965 and comprises seven studios, seventeen one-bedroom, one bathroom, and two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.

The transaction was brokered by Matthews™ Vice President Charles Wright and Associate Taylor Avakian. The two-story multifamily property includes 40 units and is in the Koreatown neighborhood, making it a well-known asset.

Matthews™ is pleased to announce the sale of 850 Victor Avenue in Inglewood, CA. Senior Associate Nabil Awada, and Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington, worked in tandem to facilitate the sale of the 50-unit apartment building in the Inglewood neighborhood of the Los Angeles metro for $12,600,000 at a 4.50% cap rate. The deal is the largest apartment building to sell in the 90302 zip code in the last seven years and the second-largest building to sell in the City of Inglewood in the previous three years, according to CoStar.

Matthews™ represented the landlord, Cardinal Investments, in the lease of approximately 1,850 square feet in Downtown Manhattan Beach to national swimsuit boutique, Everything But Water. Senior Leasing Associate Nick Day, and SVP and National Director of Retail Leasing, Michael Pakravan, represented the landlord.
