The property is one of Imagine Charter’s best-performing schools on the East Coast, with 55 total locations across the U.S. The transaction closed at $9,935,000 and was handled by Associate Daniel Gonzalez and Vice President and Regional Director Johnny Blue Craig.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Veterinary Specialty Hospital, a free-standing unique facility located at 10435 Sorrento Valley Road, San Diego, CA for $27,834,000. The practice is occupied by national operator Ethos Veterinary Health and is an American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) accredited hospital. Associate Vice President Andrew Evans, Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed, and Michael Moreno led the transaction.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Park Place Apartments, located at 1119 Bratton Road, New Albany, MS. The property is the newest and largest apartment community in the New Albany market. The 144-unit building was built in 2014 and offers high-end amenities such as a gated entrance, saltwater pool, pet park, fitness room, and more. The transaction was handled by Senior Associates Austin Graham and Connor Kerns.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Carothers Crossing, a retail strip center located at 5040 Carothers Parkway, Franklin, TN. The high-demand asset has been 100 percent leased since April 2019 and is strategically positioned off major highway Interstate 65. The transaction closed $200,000 above the final list price at $11,750,000. Senior Associate Hutt Cooke and Associate Vice President Clay Smith handled the sale.
