Matthews™ brokered the sale of a Rite Aid, located at 4241 Marconi Avenue, Sacramento, CA for $10,125,000. The deal represented the highest price point Rite Aid trade in California year-to-date. Matthews™ completed the sale of Mr. Bee’s Car Wash, located at 159 Wallior Street, Opelousas, LA. The retail property sold for $5.75M, closing $100,000 above the final list price. The transaction was brokered by Associate Beryl Grant and Senior Associate Clay Smith.

The transaction represents the largest multi-tenant retail sale year-to-date in Indiana, according to CoStar. Associate Vice President Zack Bates and Executive Vice President and National Director Ben Snyder completed the sale.
