Senior Vice President and Market Leader Daniel Withers oversees the Matthews™ Encino office, while also building his book of business. Bringing over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his role, Daniel utilizes goal setting and business planning for new agents that he helps recruit, hire, and train. His day-to-day includes overseeing 30+ agents, office activities, maximizing agent production, evaluating department performance, assisting with the closing of deals, enacting the latest company initiatives, and tracking office statistics. Daniel’s determination to grow Matthews’ reach and footprint makes him a well-trusted leader at the company. In addition, Daniel is a top-producing multifamily agent in Southern California, with a specialized focus within the San Fernando Valley market. Throughout his career, Daniel has closed over $1 billion in multifamily investment sales and ground-up development sites.

Daniel’s experience in commercial real estate includes serving as the Director of Multifamily at Berkadia, where he advised multifamily acquisitions throughout L.A. County. Prior to that role, he was a Vice President at Marcus & Millichap.
