Erik Manarino serves as a Senior Associate for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties in the Phoenix Market.  Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the industry and unparalleled work ethic, Erik uses his comprehensive expertise in the market to better his relationships with investors, developers, institutions, and 1031 Exchange buyers to help clients reach their investment goals. He has represented an extensive range of clientele including institutional and private investors, as well as franchisees and developers.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Erik worked at Macerich where he conducted in-house leasing on a portfolio of shopping centers throughout Phoenix.
