Finley Askin serves as Vice President of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and analysis of multifamily properties throughout the Midwest, specifically in the Chicago metropolitan area. Clients appreciate Finley’s honest and direct approach as well as his expertise as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Since 2019, Finley has personally led the execution of transactions involving over 150 properties and 3,500 apartment units for an excess of $200 million. His experience in the industry and familiarity with Chicago will be assets to both Matthews™ and his clients.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Finley worked at a national brokerage firm where he consistently ranked as one of the top brokers. Finley previously worked at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group where he assisted Fortune 500 companies in multibillion-dollar international acquisitions.
