Grayson Duyck is a leader in third-party leasing, tenant representation, and land disposition for Matthews™ across Dallas-Fort Worth and the greater Texas area. Grayson has represented both property owners and tenants in full retail leasing and brokerage services. From private capital to institutional clients, Grayson represents a wide assortment of property owners and property types, including neighborhood and grocery-anchored shopping centers, high-end single-tenant retail, commercial land and pad sites, and ground-up construction projects. Grayson leverages his in-depth market knowledge and expansive network to provide the best potential strategy for his clients and ensure the most significant long-term growth and profitability. Leveraging his comprehensive knowledge and experience in the retail sector, Grayson guides his clients towards achieving and surpassing their investment goals, making him an essential asset to all of his clients.

Since joining Matthews™, Grayson has been directly involved in handling and negotiating over 50 lease and sales transactions totaling over 100,000 SF in space leased and roughly $40 million of total lease and sales volume. He has also had the pleasure of representing concepts and franchisees for places like Captain D’s, Dairy Queen, Bojangles, Golden Chick, Feng Cha, House of Bread, Silverlake Ramen, and others in both their local and national expansions.
