He has managed transactions and forged ties with private investors and some of the world’s largest corporate institutional investment firms, private equity funds, developers, and high-net-worth investors. Nabil is the Matthews™ Social Impact Leader for the El Segundo office, where he leads and promotes upcoming initiatives in the workplace that encourages giving back to the community.

In 2022 alone, Nabil and the multifamily associates executed over 32 separate apartment building transactions consisting of over 400 apartment units across the South Bay and Greater Los Angeles.
