Paul Mudrich serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Through his extensive background and experience in commercial real estate and legal affairs, Paul undoubtedly brings an unmatched level of service to Matthews™. Paul oversees the legal affairs, employment matters, claims, risk, coverage, litigation, and interstate transactions at Matthews™. He works to continually improve client services and their creation of wealth as well as implement a high degree of agent support. He is a qualified jury trial expert witness in California and Pennsylvania in matters related to ethics, compliance, and the CRE brokerage standard of care. Additionally, Paul has proven beneficial to the industry and investors by having successfully directed and tried several nationally significant CRE cases.

He has overseen mergers, national expansion, a successful IPO, the closing of thousands of CRE transactions, and managed and counseled countless sales agents, loan brokers, and clients.
