By habitually monitoring the net lease retail and franchise market, Wesley has the expertise to add value to various tenant types, including quick-service restaurants, casual dining, dollar, drug, auto, banks, gas, and convenience stores. Although capable and experienced with every tenant, Wesley specializes in food and beverage franchise concepts. He has proven transactional experience in individual assets and portfolio transactions, which has helped him grow one of the largest market shares nationally. As a part of the Business Franchise Solutions division at Matthews™, Wesley enjoys utilizing his financial background to assist operators in accomplishing their short-to-long term strategic goals, including operations and real estate acquisitions, portfolio valuation and buyout offers, sale-leasebacks, refinancing, and debt procurement avenues.
Wesley Connolly is one of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™’ original agents, having joined Kyle Matthews at Colliers International under Matthews Retail Group. Wesley follows his father and grandfather in establishing a successful career in commercial real estate. He has developed a passion for the industry, having grown up seeing his family enact some of the most significant commercial developments and transactions on the West Coast. Prior to joining Matthews™, Wesley worked for his family’s firm, Connolly Properties.
