Except for Fort Myers, industrial construction has been cool in most South Florida markets, and net absorption has nearly outpaced deliveries. Land constraints make it difficult to build scalable projects throughout South Florida, but that hasn’t stopped almost every market in the area from achieving record-breaking sales.
