The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) found that 87.7% of apartment households made a full or partial rent payment by May 13th. This is a 2.1 percentage point decrease in those who completed rent payment through May 13th, 2019, and a 2.5 percentage point increased compared to those who paid rent by April 13th, 2020.
