The National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) found that 80.8% of apartment households made a full or partial rent payment by June 6th, 2020. This is a 0.7 percentage point decrease in those who completed rent payment through June 6th, 2019, and a 0.6 percentage point increase compared to those who paid rent by May 6th, 2020. By the end of April 2020, 94.6% of apartment households had made a full or partial rent payment.
