Kovesdy brings over five years of commercial real estate experience, including a previous position as a Senior Associate at Avison Young where he completed over $150M in sales and leasing transactions across the industrial, office, and retail property sectors. Along with Cleveland Market Leader Matthew Wallace, Kovesdy will expand the Industrial Division in the Midwest.
