Denver, CO – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, expands its presence in the western United States with the addition of the firm’s Denver office. With this new location, the national real estate brokerage will launch robust recruiting efforts to grow the office by 200 percent by 2024.

 

This expansion comes after Matthews’ acquisition of Cadence Capital Partners, a debt and equity investment firm with a presence in Colorado. The Denver location will be a core office for the firm’s equity service line under the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division, providing a full suite of capital solutions for clients. First Vice President Michael Bennett will lead the office, who brings almost two decades of experience to his leadership position. In his role, Bennett will assist in the growth and strategic direction of the company’s Capital Markets Division and manage the Denver workplace.
