The new office will enable the national brokerage to meet the demands of increasing agent count and enhancing services to clients. Recently promoted to Market Leader, Mulcahy will be responsible for the overall growth and development of the office including operations, recruitment, and training. He will also work alongside executive leadership to establish tactical initiatives that maximize Matthews’ client reach in the San Diego market and increase business development along the West Coast.
