VanWingerden specializes in multifamily investment sales, specifically in the Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana markets.
VanWingerden has quickly established himself as an industry-leading multifamily broker. Beginning his career at Marcus & Millichap, VanWingerden closed over $94 million across 993 units during his tenure. In 2022 alone, VanWingerden closed approximately $63 million in sales volume. His localized market knowledge and multifamily focus allow VanWingerden to achieve long-term, profitable results for his clients.
